MAGIX Movie Edit Pro is a complete movie studio for your PC. With MAGIX Movie Edit Pro you can easily transmit your recordings to your computer and then, once you have improved and enriched them, onto CD and DVD. It's great for theater-quality presentation on TV, screen, or monitor. MAGIX Movie Edit Pro is a production studio for the PC for editing videos, movies, photos, and audio from a wide range of sources. Long movies can be automatically separated into different chapters or scenes, or do the opposite by automatically incorporating short takes into a single movie. Add music, theater-quality transitions, text and selected effects to your own movies with a mouse click. The easy-to-use interface, advanced technology and handy assistants guarantee perfect results at lightning speed!
Once your movie is finished you can use it again in a number of ways: transfer it back onto tape or to your camcorder, burn it onto (S)Video CD or DVD and enjoy it on TV, or put it online for your friends and family in your personal MAGIX Online Album.
For those who are previous users of MAGIX Movie Edit Pro, let’s see what’s new in this last edition of the application:
- Digital picture frames support: slideshows can be specially created for digital picture frames. The slideshow will be exported in the MotionJPEG format via the "File" menu and can be transferred to the device directly with the correct settings.
- Improved font visualization: The text resolution is now even better. Small fonts appear clearer, big letters have sharper edges.
- Time stamps: By using time stamps the time code of a digital video can now be extracted in addition to the image contents to help with scene recognition.
- Interactive web DVDs: The entire DVD project can be uploaded to the MAGIC Online Album together with an interactive menu. From there it can be accessed just like a regular DVD in a DVD player.
- Photos and videos in one Online Album: In MAGIX Online Album photos and videos can now be presented together in one album. You can manually navigate between the album media.
- Batch processing: Multiple video files placed in a timeline can be quickly converted to individual files and saved using "Batch processing".
- magix.info - Multimedia Knowledge Community: Directly from within the program you'll be able to access magix.info, the new MAGIX Knowledge Base. Here you'll find answers to all the most frequently asked questions on MAGIX products and multimedia.
- EasyBurn mode: If you want to do things quickly, then you can use EasyBurn mode to burn your DVD directly without any delays.
